About the event
MONDAYS:
--Starting in October we will have a workshop series for teens, adults AND a tentative one for caregivers/parents/grandparents.
6-8 PM Student Workshops, suggested ages 13+
Tenative Caregiver/Parent Workshops (more info to come, this if more of an interest form)
TUESDAYS:
--Starting in September we have teen/adult Daytime Yoga, as well as Connect Groups for our adults! 1x a month we will offer in person Connect Club which occasionally will be open to our younger students pending the theme!
