MONDAYS:
--Starting in October we will have a workshop series for teens, adults AND a tentative one for caregivers/parents/grandparents.
6-8 PM Student Workshops, suggested ages 13+

Daytime Yoga (13+)
Tuesdays @11AM, 1 hr Session 1: Sept 2-Oct 7 Session 2: Oct 14-Nov 18 This class is an all abilities, all levels approach to Yoga. We focus on gaining strength and stability, mobility and flexibility, as well as mental focus. The practice adapts to the participants and allows each student to work at their own pace to explore both calm and challenge - often in the same pose!
